Scope

Construction of the Southern Region Centralised Services Vehicle Storage Facility, including:

• 100,000m2 asphalt vehicle storage area

• 5,000m2 heavy duty asphalt hardstand

• Vehicle refuelling station, including 6x bowsers 4x fuel types, canopy, 1100m2 heavy duty concrete slab and

tank plinths

• 3,000m new stormwater drainage infrastructure, including 3 million litre underground stormwater detention tanks

and stormwater filtration system

• 50,000m3 spoil excavated and disposed in accordance with EPA regulations and Toyota environmental policies

• Hail net structure above all vehicle storage areas, including 300+ bored piers completed by Juscot in-house team

• New power reticulation to site (5x DBs, 17x 25m light poles)

• Security access and CCTV system install (auto vehicle gates, swipe access, CCTV)

• Zero non-conformance, Zero safety-related incidents
