Scope

Turnkey Construction of 11 Warehouses and Office Buildings

• Sourcing and procuring of land

• Planning, design and all necessary approvals

• Total site area: 8,300 sqm

• Combined building area: 3800 sqm

• External concrete pavement area: 4200 sqm

• Triple storey office construction with elevator

• Earthworks, concrete pavements and Internal slabs completed by in-house crew

• 20kL underground concrete water storage tank (incl. pumping system for water re-use) and 3,000L triple interceptor
